Inspired by the above picture and the finger paints that just bought for the kids, I decided that we would do a little color discovery and painting tonight.
Josiah was very enthusiastic about "getting dirty" and mixing the yellow and blue paints to make green. Alexandra on the other hand put one finger in the yellow paint, wiped it off on the paper and wouldn't touch the paint again. "Josiah paint" is what she told me. Here is his masterpiece.
On the other hand, my sweet, clean-loving girl had lots of fun playing with her water pouring toys.
